Great – blog you have, and the photos are exceptional – what kind of camera do you have??
First off, Clare, thank you for the compliments. I really appreciate them and your coming to check out Peimic.com.
Without further ado, I use a…
Nikon Coolpix L21
So why the Nikon Coolpix L21?
- As I take photos while bicycling, I require a compact camera for one handed shooting.
- Since I drop the camera every so often, I keep it inexpensive.
- As I like to travel, using rechargeable AA batteries and saving to a SD card for data transfer makes life much easier.
- Image quality over mega pixels is important to me.
- Being able to zoom with the same finger as shoot, is a bonus.
I’m not the only that likes the Nikon, read up ExpertReviews.
In post-processing, I utilize Microsoft’s free Windows Live Photo Gallery to tag, rotate, crop and balance colors. Additionally, from there I can upload to Flickr.
Liked the quality of your pictures too, and wondered what kind of camera you were using. We plan to get a digital camera soon. Friends are tired of waiting for me to finish a roll of film.
Digital is pretty nice to use. The hardship is ensuring to backup your photos to a computer and another source. This way, when one version dies, another lives on.
By the way, the current camera was about $ 110 US.
