Questions to help the website designer:

  • What kind of feeling do we want to convey with the site?
  • What do we want the person thinking as they read the site?
  • What do we want them feeling as they read the site?
  • What do we think we have to distinguish ourselves from the others and how can our look and feel do that?
  • What kind of impression do we want to give the reader?
  • What do we want to ‘say’ about ourselves with the look and feel of our site?
