After 546 closed tickets and 109 ratings, it was bound that someone wasn’t going to like Aihrus’ support responses. We’re down to a 96% customer satisfaction rating for the month of November, 98% for the past 90 days.
I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or not, but we’re still ahead of the industry average still by 10% to 12%.
A lesson learned here was that despite the amount of free support and guidance Aihrus offers, some people want you to do the work for them.
With over 340,000 downloads across a dozen products, you have to draw the line on the amount of free support. The most common case being plugin and theme conflicts. Though, in some cases, you just can’t help the folks who won’t read and follow directions.
